15 years for Md. man in child pornography case

BALTIMORE — A Clear Spring man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography.

Fifty-two-year-old Kenneth Eugene Norris was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore. He pleaded guilty in July.

Prosecutors say authorities in Spain identified child pornography being downloaded from file-sharing websites.

After a search warrant was executed on Norris’ home, FBI agents found a CD with videos of two girls under age 12 in sexually explicit conduct.
