Charles County police are looking for a man they robbed a Wendy’s manager outside of her story Thursday morning.

The woman told police she was leaving the restaurant at 3005 Crain Highway in Waldorf sometime before 9:47 a.m. when a man with a handgun demanded the the bank deposit bag she was carrying.

The woman handed him the bag of case and the man fled, according to authorities.

The woman described the suspect to police as a black male in his 40s, standing about six-feet-tall and weighing between 180 and 220 pounds. He had a well-groomed black beard and work pressed blue jeans, a dark green or blue windbreaker with a full front zipper, and a black skullcap, police aid.

Police released a sketch of the suspect.
