3 charged in Capitol Heights slaying

Three Maryland men were arrested this week in connection with the killing of a 26-year-old man in Capitol Heights in late June, Prince George’s County police said.

The suspects were identified as Brandon Lytle, 24, and 23-year-old Demir Michael Stevenson, 23, both of Capitol Heights, as well as Davinicio Irvin Coleman, 22, of Gaithersburg.

Authorities allege the men were involved in the slaying of Henri Dominic Pratt. He was found by officers responding to a report of a cutting on Hastings Drive shortly before 2 a.m. on June 26. Pratt, 26, lived in the 8500 block of Sumter Lane in Clinton.

Lytle and Coleman were arrested on Tuesday, and Stevenson was apprehended Wednesday.

Lytle and Stevenson are charged with first-degree murder. Coleman is charged with attempted murder, authorities said.
