Announcement in slaying of teen

The Prince George’s County police said they will announce an arrest Monday in the fatal shooting of Marckel Ross.

Ross, 18, one of six teenagers killed in the county in a six-month period, was slain Sept. 11 in Capitol Heights as he walked to school. Police have said his assailant was a would-be robber.
