Police charged a 31-year-old man in an early November assault on a teen girl in the restroom of a Fairfax County library.

On Thursday, police said Kevin Lee Porter, of no fixed address, was arrested Tuesday at his work site and charged with abduction.

Police had said a man followed the girl into a restroom in the Thomas Jefferson Library, refusing to leave after she told him to.

After he touched and pushed the girl, police said, she kicked him and screamed, and he fled.

Porter was held without bond, police said.
