Arrest in Clinton teen’s slaying

Prince George’s County police homicide detectives have arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of a Clinton teenager last year, authorities said.

Marquis Desean Foster, 19, of Fort Washington, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree murder in the June 10 slaying of 16-year-old Marquis Davis, authorities said. Davis was fatally shot in the 11100 block of John Paul Jones Avenue in Fort Washington, authorities said.

Cpl. Henry Tippett, a Prince George’s County police spokesman, said he did not know if detectives determined a motive in the case.
