A 25-year-old man has been charged in the fatal shootings of two men in Northwest D.C.
Irving Harris Johnson, of the District, was arrested Friday, exactly two months to the day after Jimmie Lee Simmons III, 32, and Dominique Barber, 31, were killed in the 1400 block of Parkwood Place NW.
Barber, Simmons and a third man were shot in the head July 9. A third victim, who was not identified, was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Johnson is charged with two counts of murder while armed. No additional details were available.
