BALTIMORE — Police officials in Baltimore identified two men accused of crimes against 11 people, mostly young women.
Twenty-five-year-old William Justin Campbell and 22-year-old Kenyon Travis Waller, both of Baltimore, are being held without bail. They have been charged with numerous crimes, including first-degree rape, kidnapping and armed robbery.
Police say some of the victims were college students, and the youngest was 17.
Baltimore County Police Chief James Johnson and Anthony W. Batts, the police commissioner in Baltimore city, held a news conference Thursday at Baltimore police headquarters. They said the men committed a series of crimes from Aug. 11 to Oct. 1.
