TheWashingtonPostA body was found in the Potomac River in the District Monday evening, D.C. police reported.
The body was brought to shore about 7 p.m. near the Thompson Boat center at the foot of Virginia Avenue NW.
No other information about the body was available immediately. The location is between the Key and Memorial Bridges, near the Watergate buildings.
