Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in November in Southeast Washington, police said on Wednesday.
Marquette Tibbs, 22, and Bryon Akeem Dunn, 23, of Southeast, were each charged with first-degree murder. D.C. police said there both arrested on Tuesday on warrants.
The killing occurred about 2:15 a.m. in the 300 block of Ridge Road, just south of East Capitol Street. Killed was Andre Jackson, 22, of Southeast, who was pronounced dead on the scene.
D.C. police did not release any more details of the killing.
