District police have linked two shotgun robberies that occurred over a weekend in October in Northwest Washington to the same men, and have released two photographs of one of the persons being sought.

The second attack occurred Oct. 21 in the 2100 block of 2nd St. NW. Police said three men, one armed with gun, again robbed four victims, made them lie down on the street and took their property.

Police did not identify what was taken. Police did say the men escaped in a 2006-2008 Nissan Altima or Maxima with tinted windows and a D.C. license plate that begins with the letter “D.”

Both attacks occurred within a few blocks of Howard University; police did not say whether the victims were students.
