District man found fatally shot in Northeast

The body of a 21-year-old Northeast man was found Friday with multiple gunshot wounds.

D.C. police say Shawn Junior Ray was fatally shot in the 4200 block of Edson Place N.E. around 11:30 p.m. A second, unidentified victim was also injured and discovered with Ray was admitted to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.

No arrests have been made and the investigation remains active, according to D.C. police spokesman Araz Alali.
