Glen Burnie man killed in home

A 47-year-old Glen Burnie man was fatally stabbed by a woman he lived with on Tuesday night, police said.

James Gray Pfaff, Jr., of 5th Avenue, was found with a life-threatening upper body stab wound in his home after officers responded to a call about a domestic dispute around 8:30 p.m. He was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said.

Phyllis Marie Amonica, 38, has been charged with first- and second- degree murder, according to police.

Amonica suffered minor cuts, and police said they did not know if she was wounded in the fight or had cut herself.

Police could not confirm their relationship but said the two lived together in the home.
