One person has been hospitalized following an early morning house fire in Bethesda on Thursday.
Firefighters responded to a home in the 7700 block of Glenmore Spring Road around 5:45 a.m. Strong winds across the region may have fanned the flames, authorities said.
The fire was extinguished shortly after 6 a.m. One person was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.
The fire remains under investigation. No information was immediately available about the cause of the fire or how much damage it caused to the house.
