Harrison H. Reed, 18, who authorities say was living on the street, was arrested in April and charged with sex assault on a minor in an assault on a 13-year-old girl from Leesburg, according to the sheriff’s office.

Reed is being held without bond at the Adult Detention Center in Loudoun, authorities said.

The assault took place at an Ashburn residence, according to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Liz Mills, who declined to provide additional information about the crime.

Reed allegedly met the victim in March, authorities said. Detectives said that they think the suspect may have had additional inappropriate contact with other juveniles he befriended, according to the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information regarding Reed, or anyone who thinks that he or she may have been a victim, is asked to contact Detective D. Cresswell of the Loudoun County sheriff’s office Sex Crimes Unit at 703-777-0475.
