Man arrested in Arlington killing extradited from Md.

Roger Clark. (Courtesy Photo. - Arlington Police. ) One of the men arrested in the Carl Diener homicide case has been extradited to Virginia.

Roger Clark III, who is being held at the Arlington Detention center on a murder charge, has a bond hearing Thursday at 9 a.m.

A preliminary hearing for Clark, 20, of Severn, has been scheduled for September 7.

The other man charged in the case, Javon Martin, 24, is still being held in the District.
