Man fatally shot in Southeast D.C.

D.C. police are investigating a fatal shooting late Friday night in the 4600 block of Benning Road, Southeast, authorities said Saturday.

Stephen Horsley, 19, of the District, was found on the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. Horsley died after being transported to a local hospital, according to a news release.

Police are offering  a $25,000 reward to anyone who provides information about the identity of the shooter. Residents are asked to call (202) 727-9099 or 1-888-919-CRIME (1-888-919-2746), or submit anonymous tips to the text tip line by text messaging 50411.
