TheWashingtonPostD.C. homicide detectives are investigating a death in Northeast Washington.
Joey E. Belcher, 37, was found dead in an apartment in the 200 block of I Street NE about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
The District’s medical examiner is performing an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
