A District man was found fatally shot early Monday in a vehicle parked on a Capitol Hill street, according to D.C. police.
Officer Anthony Clay, a police spokesman, said patrol officers responding to a call of shots fired about 2 a.m. found the man sitting in the driver’s seat. The vehicle was in the 1200 block of C St. NE.
Police identified the victim as Jason Anthony Emma, 28, of Northeast D.C.
Clay said the victim had been shot several times.
