PG police seek suspect on murder warrant

Michael Deangelo Briscoe (Prince George’s County Police) Prince George’s County detectives are looking for a 24-year-old Landover man who has been charged in a warrant with first-degree and second-degree murder in connection with a homicide in Glenarden earlier this week.

Michael Deangelo Briscoe, of the 3100 block of 75th Avenue, is charged in the death of 26-year-old Shariel McCutchen, who lived in the District. On Sunday, police found McCutchen suffering from fatal gunshot wounds inside a home in the 8400 block of Hamlin Street about 2:45 a.m.

Police believe Briscoe shot McCutchen after she fought his girlfriend inside the apartment.

Anyone with information is asked to call Prince George’s County police at (301) 772-4925.
