Photo: SUV crashes into Camp Springs 7-Eleven

Nobody was hurt when a SUV drove through the front door of a Camp Springs 7-Eleven, according to authorities — but a photograph of the aftermath is worth a quick look.

The Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department sent out the photo, taken by Battalion Chief John W. Keller, after the white SUV drove through the front of the store in the 6400 block of Auth Road around 9 a.m. Friday.

The driver thought the SUV was in “reverse” when it was really in ”drive,” authorities said. Police and a building inspector are looking into the incident.

Estimated damages were “considerable,” but not specified by county authorities.
