Fairfax County police are seeking an “armed and dangerous” fugitive who was spotted browsing the Barnes & Noble bookstore at Tysons Corner Mall, but managed to elude officers after a chase.
Todd Michael Corrado, 39, was pursued on foot through the mall to an upper level parking garage, after he was spotted around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, police said. Corrado managed to lose officers near the loading docks at a service entrance, police said.
Corrado has eluded agencies across the area multiple times over the past year, police said. There are felony warrants for his arrest for larceny, felony, speeding to elude, resisting arrest, assault on an officer, DWI, burglary, auto theft, drug charges and more, police said.
Corrado is described as 5’10” and 160 to 180 pounds. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He has frequently been spotted around Tyson’s Corner, Annandale and Alexandria areas of Fairfax County.
There is a reward for tips leading to Corrado’s capture.
