The man who was killed Sunday night in Southeast D.C. has been identified as Jeffrey Ray Tyson, police said.
Tyson, 20, was shot multiple times at about 9 p.m. while he was in the 5300 block of E Street, police said.
Tyson, who lived in Southeast, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
