Police identify man killed in Adams Morgan

Police have identified a man killed Sunday in Adams Morgan as 23-year-old Santos Jobel Martinez Umansor of Northwest D.C.

Martinez was found around 2 p.m. in the 2300 block of Ontario Road in Northwest, according to police.

He suffered trauma to his head and body and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
