Police identify man killed in Northeast D.C.

A man killed in the District Sunday evening who may have had duct tape affixed to a part of his body has been identified as 61-year-old Glenn Scarborough, according to D.C. police.

Scarborough was a resident of Northeast D.C., police said.

Officers responded to a call of an unconscious male in the 1300 block of Levis Street in Northeast D.C. around 5:45 p.m. Sunday, police said.

When they arrived, officers found Scarborough. He was tranported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Preliminary reports indicated Scarborough had been stabbed. No arrests have been made in the case.
