A man who was shot and killed Tuesday in Northeast Washington has been identified as 22-year-old Kelvin Donnell Brown, District police said.
Emergency crews responded to scene of the shooting in the 1600 block of Lincoln Road NE around 12:30 p.m., police said.
Brown, a Northwest D.C. resident, was transported to the hospital, where he died.
Police have not made any arrests and are asking anyone with information about the case to call 202-727-9099.
