Police investigate Fairmount Heights death

Authorities in Prince George’s County are investigating the death of a man found in Fairmount Heights.

At nearly 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, police found a man suffering from some sort of trauma at the 5700 block of Jost Street in Fairmount Heights, authorities said.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

More information about the victim, or the incident, were not immediately available.

The Fairmount Heights Police Department and Prince George’s police Homicide Investigations Unit are investigating, authorities said.
