Police: Man wanted in December Arlington attack

Arlington County police are asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted in a Dec. 17 attack.

Police say Charles Neal, 43, was one of several people who assaulted a man at 2 a.m. in the 4200 block of N. 2nd Road. Neal has been charged with malicious wounding. Police say they do not know where Neal lives.

Another man charged in the case was arrested at the scene, police said.

Neal, who stands five-foot-ten and weights 230 pounds, is known to frequent Arlington’s Buckingham neighborhood, police said. They consider him armed and dangerous.
