District police have released a description of a man who allegedly robbed a business in Northeast Washington Monday afternoon.
According to police, the suspect entered an unidentified establishment in the 2300 block of Rhode Island Avenue NE around 3:49 p.m. The man, who was by himself, reportedly took out a handgun and stole an undetermined amount of money.
The suspect is described as 18 to 25 years old, 5’5” tall, 150 to 160 pounds with a thin build. Police said he has a light complexion, brown dreadlocks and facial hair. He was wearing dark-rimmed glasses, a black shirt and blue pants.

The Metropolitan Police Department offer a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction in a burglary case.
