D.C. police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted in the July slayings of two men in Northwest.
Officers are searching for 25-year-old Irving Harris Johnson, who is wanted in the fatal shootings of Dominique Barber, 31, and Jimmie Lee Simmons, 32, in the 1400 block of Parkwood Place on July 9. The shooting occurred around 5:50 a.m.
Johson is described as a black male, 5’10” tall, and 160 pounds. He has a medium complexion and a lazy left eye. Police said anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts should contact police immediately, but should not try to confront him.
