Real estate agent sexually assaulted while inspecting Suitland house

A real estate agent was sexually assaulted while inspecting a home in Prince George’s County, police said.

The attack took place shortly before 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Dupont Avenue in Suitland.

According to police, the agent was doing a walk-through of the house. As she entered the basement, a man grabbed her and began to sexually assault her.

The woman was able to fight off her assailant, who ran from the house, police said.

Police describe the suspect as a black man, 25 to 35 years old, about 6’1” tall, with a short haircut and a slim build. He was reportedly wearing a blue or black t-shirt and dark tennis shoes.
