Police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old Maryland man Sunday, authorities in Anne Arundel County said.

Cornelius Keith Johnson, 24, of the 4200 block of Shamrock Drive in Baltimore, is suspected of shooting and killing Andrew Michael Johnson outside of Mo’s Seafood Factory, in the 7100 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.

Andrew Johnson, a Glen Burnie resident, was found Sunday at about 10:34 p.m. in the parking lot of the restaurant suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper torso, police said in a statement.

He was taken to Harbor Hospital, where he died.

Police said they believe Andrew Johnson was targeted in the attack, but did not release a motive. The statement did not say whether he and Cornelius Johnson are related, and no one was available early Tuesday to provide additional information.
