Suspect sought in assault with intent to kill on 14th Street in Northwest D.C.

D.C. police have released a surveillance video of an assault suspect who allegedly tried to kill someone over the weekend.

The incident happened on Saturday around 3:40 a.m. in the 2000 block of 14th Street NW.

Police did not release details about the nature of the incident or the victim, but described the alleged attack as “an assault with intent to kill.”

The suspect’s image was captured on surveillance video from a restaurant in the area shortly before the incident, police said.
