The suspects accused of robbing and brutally beating a man on Capitol Hill this summer are scheduled to appear in D.C. Superior Court today for a hearing.

Tommy T. Branch, 21, of Fort Washington, Sunny Kuti, 17, of the District, and Michael Moore, 18, of Landover, allegedly attacked Thomas C. Maslin early the morning of Aug. 18 near Eastern Market.
The men, armed with a black BB gun, stole Maslin’s credit card, iPhone and keys, police said
Maslin, 29, suffered a traumatic brain injury in the alleged attack and has been in a coma for nearly two months. His wife, Abby, has been blogging about Maslin’s condition on her blog, loveforthemaslins.blogspot.com.
The suspects are scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
