Teen charged in Manassas slaying

An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing in Manassas, police said.

Police found Keby Moya at approximately 9:45 p.m. Friday at a home in the 8600 block of Braxted Lane, where a 28-year-old man was died of apparent stab wounds.

According to investigators, the stabbing stemmed from a domestic argument. Police did not release the identity of the dead man or his relationship to Moya.

Moya has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center without bond. A court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 29, police said.
