Two men were arrested Wednesday and charged with the assault of a teen in St. Mary’s County, authorities said.
A trooper found the victim, a 16-year-old male, standing in the median of Three Notch Road near McArthur Boulevard on Friday, authorities said. The teen told police he he had been stabbed multiple times and struck in the head with a blunt object by several assailants behind a shopping center.
Police airlifted the teen to a hospital with life-threatening injuries; he has since been released.

St. Mary’s County police identified two suspects, Wade Joshua Braithwaite and Alan Michael Rangel, both 18. They were charged with first-degree assault.
The victim knew one of his alleged assailants, authorities said.
