A Radford man is being sought on charges of running a puppy scam.
A grand jury indictment handed up last week charges 23-year-old William David Oliver Jr. with nine counts of obtaining money by false pretenses.
Radford police tell media outlets that Oliver is accused of taking deposit fees from at least nine people and then failing to deliver puppies to them.
Police say numerous attempts to contact Oliver have been unsuccessful.
