A D.C. man was arrested in connection with a sexual assault at a Clarendon Whole Foods, according to Arlington Police.

It happened Sunday at about 1:50 p.m. in the 2700 block of Wilson Boulevard when a woman bent down to pick up a bottle of wine and a man grabbed her between her legs and touched her.

He then laughed and walked away, according to a police report.

Police found the suspect about four hours later sleeping on a public bench. He had pornographic magazines with him, according to police.

While he was in a police interview room, he repeatedly masturbated, according to a police report.

Frank Alex Bouknight, 24, was arrested and charged with sexual battery.

There have been several similar assaults reported in Arlington and around the D.C. area in recent months.
