WTU’s Saunders: New Kaya Henderson reform plan lacks ‘candid assessment’ of student needs

Washington Teachers Union President Nathan Saunders says Chancellor Kaya Henderson’s new five-year plan has the best of intentions. But he argues that without a more holistic approach to issues such as poverty and parent engagement, progress will be difficult to achieve. You can read his take here.
