A Jayson Werth-Bryce Harper hybrid, and other scenes from Harper’s home debut

We can debate the attendance at Bryce Harper’s home debut all we want, but what can’t be debated is this: at least one guy showed up dressed like a combination of Bryce Harper and Jayson Werth.

Or like a werewolf with eye black, I suppose.

And he wasn’t alone in his weirdness. At least until he went home at night. No, there were several notable people around on Tuesday night, including a father and son with Werth beards, a man with a blue HarperHawk, Mark Rypien, and a man in a Speedo playing the saxophone.

Also, the team store was already selling Harper shirts.
