Batting stance guy makes Nats trading cards

The Batting Stance Guy — who became Internet famous for doing surprisingly effective impersonations of every Major League player’s batting stance — has become particularly obsessed with the Nats in recent months, thanks to an off-field friendship with Ryan Zimmerman.

Last week, BSG hosted Zimmerman’s annual charity event at Nats Park. Then he published a YouTube video about how he’s falling in love with the club. In said video, he showed off some of the extra-sized Nats trading cards he brought to the event, used to make fun of the team’s stars.

The video is above; many of the trading card images can be seen below. BSG said he couldn’t bug out his eyes well enough to do Strasburg, so he solicited some help from a young girl.
