Reports of Bryce Harper and Wale showing up at Ben’s Chili Bowl last night began with one annoyed customer tweeting that Harper had pulled rank and cut the line. The sighting was confirmed by photos, such as the one above by W. Ellington Felton.
Harper himself gave Wale a post-meal shout out.

As Nats Enquirer pointed out, Harper had ambitions for a mention in one of the rapper’s rhymes. I’d say there’s a pretty good chance of that happening now.
Also, is there a more perfect D.C. trifecta than Bryce Harper and Wale at Ben’s Chili Bowl? Maybe RGIII and Anwan “Big G” Glover at Old Ebbitt? Ovi and Henry Rollins at Georgia Brown’s?
I mean, there can’t be many.
