Bearing in mind that this will prompt at least five comments below saying I’m a whiny, PC-obsessed, anti-patriotic, liberal weirdo, here is an Argyle Room strip that ran in Sunday’s paper.
It features the logo of the Montreal Expos talking about the logo of the Washington Redskins, so I could hardly ignore it, right?
For what it’s worth, Scott Hilburn, the strip’s creator, is from Garland Texas, near Dallas, and still lives in the Dallas metroplex. You’ll note the scoreboard in this particular strip seems to favor the Cowboys.
