The Nationals are holding their 2012 Dream Gala on Saturday, and it seems to have Gio Gonzalez in a vulnerable position.
The personable pitcher made this plea to the Twitterverse this afternoon.

Needless to say, he got tons of responses from “sexy single ladies.” And not so single ladies. And husbands of not so single ladies.
It’s hard to imagine Gio needed help getting a date, but at least two of his teammates jumped in to play wingmen.
