As Michael Lee reported over the weekend, JaVale McGee brought his AAU team, the Do The Right Thing All-Stars, to Auburn Hills for Sunday’s game with the Pistons. Comcast SportsNet got some video of McGee with his team before the game, which turned into a fine one both for the center and his team.
The Wizards won big, of course, and McGee went for 22 and 11, his second straight double-double. McGee has now topped 20 points in consecutive games for the first time in 15 months. Clearly someone needs to put the Do the Right Thing All-Stars on the team flight to Portland.
