Michael Jenkins gives motivational speech to CSN interns

By now you’ve surely seen video clips of Herm Edwards motivating NFL rookies 70 or 80 times.

And sure, Edwards is a great and imposing and possibly terrifying speaker. But he really doesn’t have anything on Comcast SportsNet anchor and funny mascot Michael Jenkins. Observe.

(Full disclosure: I recently attended a D.C. United game with Jenkins’s crew and possibly got a reduced-price ticket out of the deal. Or possibly paid above face value. Not really sure.)
