Michael Phelps wears hoodie at Wizards game

Hoodies have become a pretty big deal in sports lately, with extremely serious messages, but Michael Phelps’s use of his orange hoodie at Monday night’s Wizards game was likely not a political statement.

The Post’s history of the hoodie, by the way, has 1,900 comments and counting.
