It’s not a secret that there are some women out there who prey on athletes. Last night’s NBA draft produced a new class of targets, at least as far as Jarvis Jenkins and LaRon Profit see it.
Jenkins and Profit tweeted almost identical messages last night regarding the practice of athlete hunting.
How many girls are online right now looking up pics of the dudes who got drafted tonight so they can recognize them in the club?

Ladies, clearly these guys are on to you.
It’s unclear whether Jenkins and Profit are speaking from personal experience. Jenkins has a $4.8 million contract, which I suppose makes him google worthy.
Profit was never a high-dollar athlete, but he is a current sports radio personality. Maybe he’s learned the hard way that there’s a secret society of women targeting radio guys.
I wonder if Thom Loverro and Andy Pollin have the same problem.
BECAUSE YOU DON’T READ THE PAPER...
* The Wizards drafted Bradley Beal, who sounds like he’s genuinely happy to play for Washington.
* Wise thinks that Beal will be a good addition to John Wall in the Wizards’ backcourt.
* The Nats rallied from being down 7-0, but lost in extra innings. I guess the Rally Napkin got stuck in traffic.
