Nick Young is a man who loves shoes. Especially Nike shoes. Especially Jordans.
I went shoe-shopping with Young once at a Nike Town store in Vegas. Read about it here. He spent about $1,000, while admiring pretty much every Jordan product in the building. Young told me that his all-time favorite shoes were ‘93 Jordans, a pair that had left a mental mark.
Well, no more. These Tweets came from Young consecutively over the weekend, with Jordan the owner becoming a prime figure in the NBA labor rhetoric.
Trust me, for Nick Young to boycott Jordan shoes means he was pretty darn upset.
