The stated goals for the completion of the Redskins practice bubble were “this fall” and “Nov. 1.”
Here’s where things stand this week, via my colleague Rick Maese. It would appear the bubble might not be of much use this season, but there’s now a foundation in place, and things seem to be coming together nicely.
“Looks like the concrete in the foundation is down for the #Redskins Park bubble,” ESPN 980 reported on its Facebook page this week. “The actual bubble is expected to go up right after January 1st, with the field turf brought in after that. Will be ready to go at long last for OTA’s & Mini-camps.”
